Zoko.io does not offer any refunds under any circumstances other than when closing a Zoko account with a positive balance. The process for a full refund of the remaining pre-paid balance is automatically initiated once the final tally is calculated by the system. This calculation can take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours. For a refund to reach your bank, it can take up to 10 business days. Zoko will not issue a refund for positive balances resulting from Zoko promotional codes. For example, in Trial accounts that do not have a user-supplied balance, Zoko does not provide refunds for any remaining positive balance upon their closure. If you intend to self delete your account, raise any questions or concerns before you delete your account. Once deleted, all data is wiped from the account and Zoko does not have access to any historic information about your account.

How To Open A Zoko Account?

To open an account on Zoko.io, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Zoko Sign up page.
  2. Enter your Name.
  3. Enter your WhatsApp number (This is only for communication purposes).
  4. Enter your company website Link.
  5. Read the Terms and Conditions, then click on Continue.
  6. Fill in all the required details and ensure to tick the agree box after reading the terms and Privacy Policy.
